About the event
Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on celebration of Italian food traditions at the Molinara Club. Watch pasta dough made both by machine and the traditional way, with one of our nonnas sharing the techniques used in Italy for generations. Then join an interactive workshop to make your own dough, roll cicatelli and busiate, and shape your own struffoli. Finish with a light lunch of cicatelli with tomato sauce and busiate with broccoli, followed by your struffoli enjoyed with coffee.
