About the event
Supporting a great cause: a fundraiser supporting our 2027 Student Study Tour to Italy. All proceeds will go directly towards helping our students embark on this immersive educational journey to deepen their understanding of Italian language, culture, and history.
This special evening brings the charm of Naples to Adelaide, combining the universal joy of cinema with one of Italy’s most beloved culinary traditions: pizza. The event will begin with freshly made, student-prepared Pizza Margherita, using traditional ingredients and baked in the school own wood-fired oven. This hands-on experience gives students a chance to connect with Italian gastronomy and proudly share their creations with the community.
Following this delicious start, guests will enjoy a screening of the romantic comedy "7 ore per farti innamorare" (7 Hours to Win Your Heart), a heartwarming and hilarious contemporary Italian film set in Naples.
The movie will be shown in Italian with English subtitles, making it accessible and enjoyable for all guests.
An Evening in Naples is a celebration of community and culture – a wonderful opportunity for students, families, educators, and members of the wider Adelaide Italian community to come together, share stories, and celebrate the richness of Italian heritage.
