Join us for a celebration of the rich culinary traditions of Abruzzo and Calabria, featuring time-honoured recipes, local craftsmanship and plenty of Italian hospitality. Guests will be taken behind the scenes of the production of our famous Porchetta, with our Abruzzese butcher presenting a Porchetta Production Master Demonstration, sharing the traditional methods and techniques behind this iconic dish. A true staple of the Abruzzese region of central Italy, Porchetta will take centre stage in a delicious three-course Italian feast, complemented by Calabrese-inspired flavours and sausages.
